The charger is fine, but the image on Amazon does not match the charger I received. The Amazon image shows slot above the outlet prongs implying the prong fold up into the device making it more compact, like the charger that comes the Blackberry. This is NOT the case. The purchased charge is a bit larger and bulkier. It's fine for home use, but less convenient for travel.

Just disappointed the image on Amazon is NOT of the actual product.

This product was not a genuine RIM Blackberry product. It is clear that it is different than the other Blackberry chargers I own. It appears cheap. The charger just arrived yesterday. It does work. But I feel like it was a misleading product. I would not have purchased from this vendor.

The charger is by RIM. It does the job. Unfortunately we loose them sometimes.

Initially we got the charger TWO DAYS after our order. They sent the wrong charger, one for our phone, not travel version. Two days (not counting Sunday) after contacting them we got the correct charger in the mail. The service would be hard to beat.

I incorrectly ordered the wrong charger and upon several emails between myself and the supplier I was told to return the incorrect one and the correct one would be mailed to me. Well, I kept up my end of the bargain, but never received the replacement. So I have paid for AIR AND CLEARLY NEED TO RATE IT "NO STARS" but the site kept bugging me for a star rating.

I just got this, so far it seems pretty good, it charges my 8330 faster than any other charger I've ever had.

This is a difficult product to order because of Blackberry proprietary equipment codes. OEM did their best. The fact that it didn't work as expected was not their fault, because I couldn be sure of the correct Blackberry Product code.

this came exactly as pictured/described. it looks exactly like the ones I bought at the TMobile store. this charger came with foldable prongs and I noticed no differnce in charging speed. not sure if it is a fake or not, but it appears legitamate. I would purchase again.

I NEEDED TO BUY A EXTRA CHARGER SO I CAN USE IT WHEN I TRAVEL. I WAS GONNA PAY AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE AT THE SPRINT STORE AND I TOLD MYSELF TO TRY AMAZON 1ST. I'M GLAD I DID. I FOUND THIS FOR A GREAT PRICE AND IT WORKS PERFECT.

This unit is an exact replacement for the Blackberry charger. Blackberry brand name - What else can I say?
