Maybe it's Verizon's way of making us pay too much for "authorized" accessories, but this set was not usable on my Motorola Entice cell phone. I got a message that read, "unauthorized device" every time I tried to plug in. The shipper did give me a refund when I let them know of the problem. So I rate the product low, but the supplier high for service. They did not make me ship it back, so no cost involved there either.

Amazons great shipping got it here fast. The coiled cord on the car charger is only about 24 inches long...most are about 36 inches, so you cant talk and charge at the same time.
The wall charger works like it should, but the car charger smoked the first time it was used. It has a replaceable fuse inside, and that was not blown, but the circuit board was fried. At what I paid for both, I didnt complain.

It worked out of the box for our Motorola cell phones.
We moved on to other phones but, they're still being used as MP3 players on bike rides.

Sent the wrong item, so called at my expense and several minutes on hold.Tthey wanted me to send them a picture of my phone! Finally agreed to send me the correct item, but they sent me two car chargers instead of one for wall and one for car. Poor service.

The chargers work well.
There were no difficulties with the product or with the promptness of the transaction

Buying any one of these items from the local phone store would have cost more than I paid for this set. Haven't tried the data cable yet but both the home and car chargers work great. Wish the car charger had a longer cable as it is a bit too short to talk on the phone while it is charging.
