We are using 6 Traits Writing and I'm going to use this for the 'Ideas' section. It's very creative and helps the children use their imaginations. Afterwards, I'm going to put it into a geography center and let the students use it as a jumping off point. I'm glad I have it.

My 3 year old son loves this book! We checked it out from our local library and I had to renew it 3 times to the max! Since then every time I drop him off to his preschool, he wanted me to play the "globe game" with him, where I get to spin on the globe and he would point to see which country he lands on. He loves it and it's fun for me to read it to him!

John Grandits' THE TRAVEL GAME tells how to play 'the travel game' at home with only a globe and an illustrated world almanac. Geography and skills are couched in the story of one Tad, who loves to play the game with his Aunt Hattie.
