I ordered this pillow and could not find either a cover or case sold through Amazon. Without contacting the seller, he took his own initiative via email stating, "We offer a case and cover which he could place in my Fed-X packaged to save me additional shipping charges, if I contacted him by 4pm." In total, I've ordered 30 items in the past 2 days for my trip to Paris. His quality pillow, well constructed zip-cover and beautiful soft cotton case was the first package to arrive today in under 48 hours even though I paid for 3-day express shipping. Truly an outstanding product line with intelligent customer service!

Great pillows! The goose down in these pillows is very substantial and so is the cotton that they use for the covers. The 5-STAR Customer Service at All About Down is unbeatable and my pillows were shipped out NEXT-DAY. Thanks!

This travel pillow is perfect. The down is incredibly bouyant and soft. You can smash it down and it still fluffs back into shape. I love this pillow so much I now use it in combination with my regular pillow on a daily basis. It acts as a great neck support pillow and is not too firm. And the quality and the customer service at All About Down is top-notch.

After looking for years for the right pillow, I found it through All About Down. The salesperson was VERY patient, answered all my questions, made great suggestions and got it delivered in 2 days! And I love it! Great service. Great company!

This review is actually for the next larger size pillow offered by this seller--a "petite" pillow that measures 15" by 20" --to which I "upgraded" after learning about it from the owner's e-mail response to my original order for the travel-size pillow. It weighs a bit more than the travel pillow, but still comes in under a pound (complete with the pillow protector the company offers for this, and two additional ounces of down--for a total of 10 ounces of down--to make it a bit more supportive for those, like me, who are used to a somewhat firmer pillow). Having had the pillow for long enough for a mid-day nap, I'm already persuaded this size is a great option for those who don't mind traveling with a few extra ounces and a slightly greater volume for this travel "accessory." It is almost like sleeping on a standard-sized pillow. And the owner will answer any questions you have by phone or e-mail, "customize" the product (whichever one you wind up with)as desired, and still get it in the mail the same day.

I've been a fan of ALL ABOUT DOWN for many years now because of their excellent quality and customer service. I was so thrilled to get this travel size pillow because now wherever I go, I will have a cozy, comfy pillow to make me feel at home. I highly recommend this pillow and all the products from ALL ABOUT DOWN.

I needed a pillow for my daughter to use at nap time for pre-kindergarten. This pillow fit the bill exactly. the outside material is soft but also thick and durable. The down on the inside is plush and very comfortable. This pillow is the perfect size for a sleeping cot and is the most comfortable for your little prince or princess.

I emailed the seller asking about pillow case ended up order the pillow+case through phone. The seller suggested if I like standard/firm pillow, add another oz of down. It is a great suggestion because the pillow is just perfect for the airplane seat! He also puts on storage elastics at the end for easy/quick storage.

Unlike the down pillow I purchased from Costco, this pillow puff up quickly after flaten. Whne I am not traveling, it is used daily at home as extra support for my regular down pillow. :)

These pillows are great to sleep on. More pliable than one of those neck rolls and always fluff right back in shape. No feathers stick out because they are down
