Worked great in Italy for a hair drier, a hair straightener, and a phone charger. Didn't have any problem with it falling out of the plug or interfering with a plug switch.

Used this, along with other adapters and converters, while in Italy for 5 months and it never gave me any problems. It's bulkier than I needed, really, since I was only in Italy and didn't need the other adapters, could have bought a much smaller one if I knew what I was looking for, but I didn't want to risk being overseas without what I needed so meh. It's a good purchase.
