As advertised, it's easy to see items in this dop kit, and I've never had to open it up for the airport screeners. The hygeine kit is spacious enough to fit shaving cream, your razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, and lots of other small items with no problem. If you're traveling with a backpack, the kit is just a little too wide to fit at the rounded, uppermost part of the backpack, but it could easily fit deeper down in your luggage. The kit is sturdy enough to use on an ongoing basis. I've used this kit daily for several months and the plastic has never "cracked," contrary to the predictions of other reviewers. If you like to carry around embarrassing items like condoms, tampons, or your nose hair trimmer, maybe this isn't the kit for you. However, there is a zipper-access mesh liner underneath the top flap of the kit that provides for a little more discretion. The zippers never stick or jam. The carrying handle is strong, although the handle is too short in proportion to the kit to "hook" the handle onto a wall hook. The vinyl could get a little dirty or have some soap scum build up over time, but that's easy to wash out. Recommended for men who want to take one hygeine kit on a trip and be able to use the same kit throughout the trip.

This is a great large bag for taking my toiletries on the go. It is bigger than your average makeup bag, which works great for me because it fits my hair straightener as well. However, if you are looking for a small bag for makeup only, then this is not for you.

An added benefit of it being clear is that I can put all my 3oz liquid bottles in it, and I can just pull the whole bag out for airport security screening without having to put the stuff in a Ziploc bag.

I must not have read the dimensions because this clear case is a lot bigger than I thought it was. I wanted to use it to store my few makeup essentials in my bathroom, but it's too big for that. I'm hanging on to it though because it'll be great to bring on long trips.

I ordered this item because I am traveling every week and I wanted something to hold my liquid items when I go through security. unfortunately it is way to big (for a guy). Otherwise, the quality seems to be ok.

Plastic is thick and I would assume it would be a good kit for a women (taking more products on the road)

I looked and looked for a long time for a great makeup bag and finally decided on this one. I absolutely love having the zipper top - I keep all of my brushes in there. It's always nice and organized. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!

So, what I really wanted was a Modella Cosmetic bag, as I've always bought for the past decade plus, at least. But, companies always feel they've got to stop making products, even if they're good, so I was out of luck this time :( . They apparently don't offer them anymore. So, I had to find the next best thing. This bag is not as good as the Modella for a few reasons. First, the dimensions are a little funky and unwieldy. The Modella made better sense in the way they designed the width, length, height. Next, the makers of this bag put the handle in a rather bizarre place. For me, it makes sense when you reach for a bag to have a handle on top, yes? Wouldn't this be why MOST bags on planet earth have a handle on, uh, the...TOP? Well, this one feels that they needed to put it on one END of the bag. Weird and inconvenient. Third, the netted zip up compartment in the lid of the bag is not sturdy as in the Modellas. They made it out of a fairly flimsy net fabric AND the zipper mechanism is not as high quality. Takes me twice as long to unzip, because I have to be more careful with it. Whereas with the Modella, I could unzip with one hand EASILY, not even paying attention. I need both hands for this bag. Speaking of which, I also note that the zippers on the outside to zip the whole bag are not as high quality either - I can tell they are more flimsy, so I have to take more care there too, as I don't want them to break soon. Also, that netted interior lid compartment bunches up around the edges, even with stuff in it, and just doesn't fit well into the bag. I can't rate durability yet, but the bag seems to be about the same pvc quality/thickness as the Modellas, so I would expect the same life expectancy. Anyway, it will have to do. Btw, if you've never had a bag such as the Modella, you'll probably be perfectly happy with this, not knowing there is (or was) any better product available. Price range also does not have to do with it, as I would have been willing to spend more to find what I was searching for, but just isn't available. I did want a clear bag with a zip up compartment built into the lid that isn't made of flimsy plastic, and that's why I purchased this. Finally, this bag comes flattened and folded. This does not compromise the pvc in any permanent way. I unfolded mine and in a day, any crease that was there, was gone. I say this cuz some others mentioned probs with creases and thinking it might crack.

I bought three of these, my husband and I can never keep track of our elecronic gadgets and we travel a lot.

I keep my phone charger, my kindle charger, my Ipod and accessories, and my laptop charger all in one place.

The top section is smaller with a zipper that holds my smaller pieces so they are easy to find.

We keep our travel kit packed at all times and when we have to go anywhere we grab it and pack it,

and since it is clear, we can see everything inside it easily.

The third one, we gave away to a friend as a gift, now all her friends want one.

Our friend took hers on a trip to Europe with all her gadgets packed handily inside.

The only problem I found with the travel bag is that the plastic is stiff and my bag got a permanent crease on each side since it was not full. With the crease in the sides it was difficult to get smaller items out.

When the container was packed it was compressed. The plastic is stiff and shows wear at the places where it was folded, which are not quite cracked but inflexible. The folding appeared to create weak places, likely to crack. Plan to return product.

I NEEDED A BAG TO REPLACE THE PLASTIC ZIPPY THING THAT MY SHEETS CAME IN. I WAS USING THAT TO HOLD ALL MY MEDS, BUT IT BEGAN TO DISINTEGRATE. I MUST HAVE LOOKED AT 4000 POTENTIAL REPLACEMENTS, BEFORE I FOUND THIS. IT IS LIKE A SNAZZY VERSION OF MY PATHETIC PLASTIC THING. THIS IS A VERY WELL MADE PLASTIC THING, HANDY BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE WHAT'S WHERE. IT CAN SIT HORIZONTALLY OR VERTICALLY, AND HAS A HANDLE AT ONE END. IT FIT TOO MANY PILL BOTTLES TO COUNT, AND I JUST LOVE IT. WORTH EVERY CENT. MAKES MY LIFE EASIER.
