First things first...the design of this transformer does not fit into the standard European outlet...The outlet has a deep circle in which electronic cords are plugged in...great...now how was a big rectangle with short metal thongs supposed to fit into a circle? Anyway, I was unable to even use this item simply because of the TERRIBLE design. Well thanks, it really helped!
