Great product, until it stops working!, September 22, 2009
This review is from: Travel Therapy White Machine (Electronics)
Initially we were really pleased with this product, but within a year of purchase it has broken down completely. We are no longer able to set the alarm, I have tried all forms of reset, bought new batteries, etc., all to no avail, it is no longer functional. If this alarm clock were still working, we'd love it.
For a travel alarm clock it's price point is pretty high, but we were excited to have a gentle Northern Birds wakeup call. The white noise and alarm clock options are terrific, the home and away alarm possibilities are great.
Overall, though we did enjoy the alarm, shoddy workmanship is shoddy workmanship and this product is not worth the price-tag.

Mine Broke This Morning, October 6, 2009
This review is from: Travel Therapy White Machine (Electronics)
I've owned and used this product for over a year (which also makes it out of warranty). I think the design and apparent quality upon receipt was very good. Waking up to soothing sounds can't be beat. However, the snooze bar recently initiated a loud squawking noise that could only be stopped by removing the batteries. After a couple of similar situations within the same week, the unit has now completely failed. No function of any kind.
In my opinion, at $99 or $89, it's not a good value.

Not worth the price, February 16, 2009
The sounds are O.K., but it's so soft, at the loudest volume it's not worth the price. My husband and I were both disappointed by it.
