Nice CD- But Read Befor You Buy,

Read the box before you buy. Those of you that own the CD 'Peaceful Music For Sleep' already have the music. It is that exact CD thrown in with a few added extras. The quality of the extras doesn't justify the separate purchase. This might make a nice gift purchase for someone looking for a kit, but if you own the CD, just spend a little extra and get some good quality supplies. A company out of Oregon, Mountain Rose Herbs, sell a very nice sleep balm. Having said hat, the music on the CD is very relaxing and enjoyable.

As an airline pilot, I loved the idea of this little kit, since I need to grab sleep whenever and where ever I can get it. The CD didn't have that 'lulling to sleep' effect for me at all (that's just me, though). The balm seemed a bit gimmick-y to me, as well. You really could easily create your own kit by picking up some earplugs, a sleep mask and making your own CD.
Hope it worked better for someone else out there!
