More About the Author

For the last 18 years Terri and I have traveled the western U.S., Alaska, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Most of this travel has been in an RV, a form of travel we love. It's affordable and comfortable, the perfect way to see interesting places.

Over the years we discovered that few guidebooks were available with the essential day-to-day information that camping travelers need when traveling in unfamiliar surroundings. Our guidebooks are designed to provide that information in a handy and easy-to-use format.

This book is a must for campers in Europe. The book is divided into geographical areas and there are campgrounds every where you want to go. The maps and directions to the campsite were excellent, as well as info on which campgrounds had hot showers, coin operated showers, etc. All of the campgrounds we visited were easily accessible to public transportation, eliminating the problem of parking the car . The authors really enhanced our trip by providing lots of other useful info, such as off the beaten path museums, descriptions of road systems and many other details not found in standard guide books. I wouldn't go to Europe without it!
