I agree with the previous reviewer's comment that the cord hangs awkwardly, but other than that I have no complaints. It has handily-placed pockets for passport, credit cards, and boarding passes/larger pieces of paper/cash.

This is just what I wanted! I was afraid that it would not have a long neck tie, but it's adjustable and can be hanging down my neck past my waist (great for taller people).

Everyone seems t b missing the POINT! It will block your cards & passport from the new kind of thieves out there! I wanted something to carry both credit cards & passport & this fits the bill. you can cut the strings off if u don't like.

I put work RFID card inside. Swiped it at work entrance. Entrance box read ID just fine. This didn't work at all. Thieves can read your passport all day long with no problem - it doesn't block anything - don't buy this.

I got this holder last year and used it a couple of times. It's so nice to be organized, going thru airport lines. It's well made (hope it does block the chip, cause I have no way to prove that, but no ID theft so far!). Not sure how long the pen will last, but not a problem there. I just added a little LED light and life is easier when traveling.

The excess strap problem was solved by adding a second sliding clasp and cutting off the excess. Didn't like that when you close the case it folds your airline ticket in half. My passport is in a cover that would not fit into the holder. Will probably continue to use my non blocking holder.
