Good, but not perfect, July 1, 2010
Overall, I like this bag, with just a couple of caveats.
What I like:
1. The clip that holds the hangers for teh suits was strong, well made, and gripped the suits securely.
2. The suits actually lay in a separate zipped section that stays closed when you want to get to everything else.
3. There is some room - enough for me to put my DSLR and a couple of lenses - in the suit section, and the suits themselves both act as padding and keep the items from shifting.
4. The handle locks at two heights, especially convenient when wheeling your bag off a plane.
5. It appears to be very well constructed, something I expect from a bag at this price point, but NOT something I have found to be true with other bags I won't name.
6. Had enough room for 3-4 days, as long as you are reasonable about shoes and casual clothing, and do not carry a huge toiletries bag. I fit in two suits, a sportcoat, two pairs of slacks, a pair of jeans, a pair of shorts, running shoes, workout clothes, two polo shirts, a casual button down shirt, underwear, socks, ties and my toiletries bag. Oh, and the DSLR and lenses I mentioned before.
What I do not like:
1. The bag is heavy, which was not too much of an issue for me, but might be for someone smaller or older than I when they try to lift this into the overhead bins.
2. I flew on an A319, A320, 737 and 777. The bag barely fit the Airbus planes overhead bins, were fine on the 777, but would not fit in the 737. In none of the planes would it fit in either wheels or handle first; it had to go sideways on all the planes, to the displeasure of more than one of my fellow passengers.
Fortunately, my job does not normally require a coat and tie, so for most domestic trips, I would probably not take this bag; it is just a bit too heavy and too large. For foreign trips, or those domestic ones where a suit is required, though, I would give serious thought to carrying this bag with me.

Great Piece of Luggage, April 30, 2011
Well constructed, artful design, excellent for business travel. I can get 3 suits in this case and still have room for casual clothes, shoes and shaving kit. Personally, I would never take this as a carry on because I find it just a little too big (even if it does technically comply with most airline standards) but I've certainly seen people carry on bigger pieces. The separate compartmented section for suits is a nice, unique feature.
