Lee Foster is basically an optimist even though he has a clear-eyed view of the challenges facing us all. His writing style is refreshing and easy to read. This book is a must-have. It is perfect for reading groups and will stimulate many stirring discussions.

Iconic World Sites, December 20, 2010
This review is from: Travels in an American Imagination: The Spiritual Geography of Our Time (Paperback)
I found this to be a poignant book. The book is written by a travel writter and photographer sharing his perspectives on human life through stories told from travels to world sites such as the Terracotta warriors in China or the pyramids of Egypt. I really enjoyed this book, it was a fast and thought-provoking read.
