About the Author
Bill Washawanny is the founder and owner of Stuff Yer Face Restaurant in New Brunswick, New Jersey, which is celebrating its 30th year. The food menu features a unique sandwich named the stromboli and there is a beer menu that has 75 selections from North America and Europe. Making adjustments to the beer menu requires extensive research to be done by Bill. This book is about his beer tastings and travel adventures.
