Editorial Reviews

If veteran Tulsa cabbie Cliff Edwards would look in his life's rearview, he'd see a string of wrecked relationships and missed opportunities. But, Cliff's not looking back if he can help it. He's too busy trying to track down a legendary stash of Civil War gold. What he digs up instead is the very past he's tried to bury. He thought he was ready to give anything to find real treasure. But, that was before he discovered what it would cost him.

5.0 out of 5 stars delightfully warm December 14, 2008
Treasure Blind is the warmhearted tale of a grandfather who doesn't know he's a grandfather; of a man who has nothing to his life than to search for something that is not there.

Treasure Blind tells the story of a boy, a blind boy, who teaches his grandfather who did not know he existed, that treaure can be found in places that are so under-your-nose you'd never even look there.

Treasure Blind is a delightfully warmhearted story for the family.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great story! January 10, 2009
I have seen this movie and would recommend it to anyone who really wants to see a great movie! It is action, drama, comedy and romance. It is just a movie that you want to relax to on a Saturday night and I hope that more people will jump at the chance to watch.

5.0 out of 5 stars Heartwarming and emotionally gripping July 14, 2009
By Jason
Treasure Blind is a wonderful movie that reveals our human discontent and greed in contrast to the priority needed on relationships both earthly and divine.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Father's Day Gift! May 12, 2013
By T. N.
It was an interesting story on several levels: the reconciliation between father/son and grandson, the hunt for buried treasure, the need for forgiveness. I also enjoyed the bits of Tulsa history and discussion of Tulsa's racial history. The sweet relationship between the boy and his grandfather made me cry several times during the movie and the ending wrapped it up perfectly and believably.
This would be a great Father's Day gift and a great one for dads to watch with sons (maybe age 10-12 and up).
It could open up some great spiritual dialogue about sins, forgiveness, the influence a child can have in an adult's life, etc.
And of course, I loved that it ended with Be Thou My Vision. Perfect symbolism on many levels.
