I first laid ears on this album when i was given a pc game "Treasure Quest" a while back. And this soundtrack is amazingly good. Features great vocals from Jody Marie Gnant, and a perfect blend of sound effects and true soft/rock/pop/jazz musicianship. High caliber songs all the way through. Some particularly great songs include the opening track "The Gayatri" (At Sunrise), "In A Sense", the ending song "I Will Remember", and certainly many others you may like even more. Great album.

A rare voice in this day of ducky sounding female pop stars, Jody's voice carries from that of a girlish innocence to a sensuous woman. Enjoy the emotional journey as the words flow from her heart resonating through mind, body and spirit. The only word that can describe Jody and her bands exceptional talent is Sweensuous.

Truly original and diverse in style, this music is far more entertaining than the game which inspired it. It rocks, it haunts, it swings, and I can think of no other artist to whom I can make a fair comparison. I encourage the adventurous to give it a listen. I expect you'll find something on this disc that touches you. (side note: after more than 10 years, Jody finally has a new CD, "Pivot," in the works -- I hope Amazon makes that one available, too)

This is an awesome soundtrack it is enjoyable and fun to listen to. The best songs on this cd are all of them

When I first heard Jody's music, I was blown away. There is a soothing melodic tone to her voice that makes you want to hear more and more and more... As you dig a bit deeper, you quickly realize that there is much more to her music than her beautiful voice. The stories she tells in her lyrics are thought provoking and rich with meaning. I instantly became a fan. With the release of her latest, PIVOT, she further displays her diversity, sense of humor, and love for life. I think I speak for many when I say, "I hope there is another collection of music on the way!"
