Great, easy to follow recipes. Wonderful full-color photographs of methods and finished products. Easy to use, for chefs of all skill levels. Superb book, for beginner to expert.

This is the best cook book in my repetoire of about 20. I use the receipes more often than from any other book I have, and I've only ever gotten rave reviews regarding the dishes I've made from this book. The pictures are superb, large, full-color and tantalizing, begging for you to make the dishes they depict. The recipes are easy to follow even when the dishes are complicated. This was the first cook book I bought (when it was first published) and it has been my opening to the world of cooking. I recommend this book for beginners or gourmets - the dishes are sure to please any palate.

This cookbook is a must for anyone interested in trying tasty, new dishes. Easy-to-follow instructions with pictures of most recipes. The first three things I tried (soup, casserole, dessert) were simple, yet elegant and tasted delicious! Here's hoping the publisher prints more soon, I have to give my copy back to my girlfriend!

Several cooking lessons. From novice to expert this is the best cookbook I own. Even beats out my Taste of Home and Betty Crocker Cookbooks. This is a must have for any kitchen and would make a wonderful wedding gift.
