I saw this guy in concert and let me tell you he blew me away. It takes something special to make people walk out of a steve vai concert talking about the opening act, and eric sardinas has it. His hard edged guitar and soulful voice are stevie-ray-vaughan-esque. The effects that he uses and hand speed coupled with his use of slide guitar technique give even the most tired blues riffs new life and a new face. What is perhaps most refreshing about eric sardinas, however, is that unlike most "technical" guitarists, i could listen to him play all day without tiring of it. This is a must buy for any guitar player or blues fan.

I met Eric at The Guitar Center in Falls Church, VA on Nov. 24, 1999. He and his band played for about a half hour then signed autographs and talked. I picked up his CD. I had to after hearing him play. He was unbelievable. That electric dobro screamed with his combo of brass slide and fingfr picking. Words cannot do justice to what this kid can do. Buy this Cd and play it loud!

If you like Johny Winter you will love this one. Roadhouse rocking blues the way it is supposed to be. Very Strong.
