Just got this from Amazon, stumbled upon Robin somehow on the internet and decided to check this out. WOW...blown away, what a fantastic singer, songs are top notch, production is fabulous, any fan of this type music should pick this up, you will not be disappointed.
If I may add, this is an example of what's wrong with the music business today. Here you have Robin Rogers, a killer artist and singer and is not a national act and really should be.....

I stumbled onto Robin and knew immediately this lady was better than better.
She sings some incredible Blues all the way through this album. She doesn't miss a lick.
I was excited to play it when it arrived and it was all I expected and more.

Robin also did a CD prior to this one called "Crazy Cryin Blues.
Well Amazon is out of it , I thought everyone was.
It's been rated 5 Stars as this one was.
I chased my computer around for weeks.Trying to find it, Some people were asking $25.00 to $50.00 for this first album.
Then I did the obvious,
I went to [...] and Bingo it took me to her website and I scored and got her other album mentioned about directly from her for [...].
Not only did I get a terrific deal on this next to impossible CD to find but it's killer and as good as her Treat me Right album...Buy both of them....
If you love the Blues and love female Blues singers get your plastic out and go get her.
This lady rocks and does not has a bad cut on either CD. She also plays the Harp as she gives you a wonderful performance.

This is a great addition to Robin's catalog, and continues her evolution down the path of traditional blues. I've been watching her career with great interest for years, and have enjoyed watching her star rise. She has such an amazing voice, and handles the blues with the deftness that comes only from living the blues. I don't expect many youngins to enjoy this CD. I think you have to have lived a bit to really "get" this CD. Just buy it. Robin's voice is in top form. Her husband Tony's guitar playing is as tasteful and restrained as ever. If I have one complaint about this CD, it's that I would have liked to have heard her and the band let it rip a little more. But that's a minor complaint, isn't it? This CD is a favorite.

Robin you rock. Robin is really great I would compare her to the likes of Janis Joplin and Bonnie Raitt. Do yourself a favor and get this cd or better yet see her in person. I have followed Robin since it was just her and her husband Tony in and they were called Mama Ham. Robin has awesome stage performance and is a great perosn all around so is her husband Tony. Make sure to check out her website [...] for her tour dates so you can see a show live and she also has earlier works on there for sale as a CD.

The guy above is WRONG if he thinks Robin Rogers is no better than other blues singers. I saw her for the first time last night, at the Bradfordville Blues Club in Tallahassee FL, and she was dynamic and talented. She can REALLY sing, and her songs are WAY better than other blues singers. She's great with the crowd, very funny and gracious, and sings an alto-voice rocking-blues style. See her now. Trust me.

On a recent trip to Florida we caught Robin Rogers LIVE at Frogs Landing in Cedar Key. What a surprise. This lady can SING !!!! We are back home in New England now and plan to see her again in Worcester, MA on Dec. 6th. If your a blues fan - Your a Robin Rogers fan. Don't pass up buying her CD and even better see her live. Her music is hot and she's hot !!!!!!!!!!!!

This was an MP3 download and it was great to review the songs prior to purchasing the album. Good one to listen too. The download was fast easy and simple.

I was not hip to this great vocalist ... saw a couple reviews & decided to check it out ... So happy I did, this gal has got the vocals ... she got a voice ...

While this CD is excellent no doubt, she really shines live. I recently saw her with the Debbie Davies Band and I have to say that she really kicks it out. By all means buy this CD and get a taste of some real blues and then go see her perform and get blown away.

Now that Robin is recording on a national label, Blind Pig, she and her band are touring all over. Go and enjoy a live show! Robin is the nicest, most gracious artist you will ever meet.She has wonderful stage precesence really deliveres the songs. -plays a soulful harmonica. Look out for at least 2 more albums from Robin Rogers on Blind Pig soon.
