Easy to find the new valid names,

In 2010, Flora of Peninsular Malaysia, Series I: Ferns and Lycophytes has been published. However, only one tree fern, Cibotiaceae was included. Recently many tree ferns' valid names have been changed. But it is not easy to find out legitime names. I happened to find "Tree Ferns" and ordered. This book is realy well organized to find the valid species names. The authors provided the synonym in each species part and also arranged the index with synonym.
Quality of picture is disadvantage of this book. They are not useful to catch the characteristics of each species. |
