Cute bag that dresses up an outfit,

The Fuschia Asher is stunning. I want to point out that the color is not as bright as it is in the online photos. The true color is closer to a raspberry shade and not as pink as the photos suggests. Still an eye catching bag with wonderful leather. One of my kids call this the "Valentine Bag" because of the color and the fact that the leather that holds the handles down is stitched resembles hearts.
I've found that the saturation in the red shades of the Treesje leather bags have different levels. Overall it is a pretty effect. However, for those who are picky about the entire bag being one sbade without any graduations will be disappointed. This is not a flaw in the bag or company. It's just something I want to point out. This bag is roomier compared to the Magnolia style which I mistakenly thought was the same as the Asher except for the ruffles. The Magnolia is actually more narrow than the Asher. It fits a great deal while still looking slim. I love that the leather is slouchy yet still somewhat structured. Overall a great bag. It comes with a shoulder strap so that it can be carried by one or two handles. The removable strap is short enough so that if I'm carrying the bag by the braided handles, the extra strap does not drape below the bag. There are two crescent shaped zippers on each side of the bag. The top zippered pockets have plenty of room. Even stuffed, the bag does not lose it's shape or look bumpy. The bottom to zippers do open but really do not allow room for much. Maybe to stash some cash or a single key. I prefer the outside zippers to be pulled to the end instead of meeting in the middle. My trick for remembering what is in what outside pocket is to pull both top and bottom zippers to the same side on one side of the purse. On the other I close them in the opposite direction. The fuschia bag is lined in the silvery material. The inside of the bag has two slip pockets. One zippered pocket and one clip for keys. Very functional. Great bag. Highly recommend. Dressy enough for business and can go casual too. I would love to see feet on the bottom of the Asher, especially in shades that are more apt to show dirt. With feet, the bag would be perfect.

I love the Asher and have it in a few colors (Fuchsia, Pumpkin, and Black, and an Asher Mini in Navy). I think it's a wonderful style that's not too "flashy" and carry them everywhere including the office. I think they work dressed down with jeans and dressed up with suits. I'd like to note a few points for those considering purchase:
-It is a somewhat heavy bag, like most Treesjes are because of the quality leather and hardware. If you're looking for a lightweight bag then this might not be the bag for you. -There are two primary versions of the bag: one with braided handles and circular hardware (connecting straps to bag) and one with flat handles and squarish hardware. The first version has zippers that meet in the middle and only extend separately to the sides. The second version zippers run completely end to end. The lining is also different (cotton in the second). In both cases, the bottom row of zippers is just decorative - they work but there's not really room to hold anything behind them. -I don't use the included, detachable shoulder straps but they are comfortable and on the short/medium side. -The "Mini" is smaller than the regular Asher but I don't consider it a small bag. The regular Asher is substantial so check dimensions before you purchase in case the "Mini" is a better fit for you. -Treesje leather has natural variations. My black bag is pretty solid in shade but my others (and other colors I've seen) have some substantial differences. That's the nature of their leather and is not a defect; it's actually quite pretty. Also, the leather is lamb not cow, so if you treat your bags to protect or clean them you may need to use different products. I think that's it! I love the Asher and think you will too but these are some things I would have liked to know before I bought it. (Oh - I got caught in the rain with my black Asher last week and it was absolutely no worse for wear! I don't know if that would be the case with a lighter color this one held up perfectly.)

Tasteful Purse but Be Aware of Size,

I bought my Asher purse at a great discount on Amazon.com and don't have any buyer's remorse. The raspberry leather has a slight shimmer to it, and you can tell it's high quality. All of the hardware in the purse really tie the design together. There are a few things that buyers should be aware of if buying it online. First, measure the dimensions of the purse so that you know exactly how big it will be. When I received my Asher purse in the mail, I was surprised that it was larger than what I expected. Those looking for a smaller purse may want to consider the Asher Mini. Second, a pet peeve of mine is abrasive zippers. These zippers aren't the most user-friendly in the sense that they may be uncomfortable to the touch when open. Other than that, I love the Asher and have gotten several compliments on it.
