The VersaMount/MagMount makes your TrekPod or other Tripod an even more versatile tool by quickly securing anywhere along the upper or lower tubes. The industry standard 1/4" -20 threaded stud allows you to mount almost any photographic or optical device. The VersaMount allows you to take pictures from a seated or kneeling position, seated long-range observation with powerful spotting scopes and allows very steady Macro photography work with the TrekPod or many other tripods. The MagMount ballhead provides quick-release/quick mounting as well as pan, tilt and swivel orientation of your camera for portrait and landscape photos. The VersaMount/MagMount works on virtually any tube with a diameter between 14.25mm and 29.5mm.
