This review is from: Trend Sports Starting Pitcher And Power Alley Cage (Misc.)
I purchased this for my sons, one had just graduated from Coach Pitch and one was still in T-Ball. The cage and machine are easy for one person to set up. The pitching machine is plastic but seems to hold up well except that the tripod legs bend and it wobbles a fair bit when running. (I told my son he will never get the same pitch twice anyway so it's good for him) The balls come out pretty fast and it takes a few magazines before the batter is warmed up and making contact. Twenty-four feet is not much distance between you and the pitching machine so quick reaction time is needed. This is worth the money and a good way for your Little League players to practice their batting and especially their reaction time. Once they get higher in the league then it would be worthwhile spending the extra money to get a pitching machine that uses harder balls than the ones that come with this unit. You should also add on to the cage if you upgrade the pitching machine.
