Dr. Menefee, a Maury Fellow, has clearly described the trends in shipping / piracy and the international response to the disturbing facts that he and the other contributors have carefully documented.The book is written in a language foreign to most legal scholars: English. A superb reference; an excellent baseline for assessing future trends and a disturbing report of the ongoing threats to shipping. |
