One of the best cases I have ever purchased for any of my electronic devices. Fits like a glove, with easy access to all ports and buttons. Magnetic closures work great and the cover keeps the screen protected, unlike the soft sleeve it comes with. No more worries when throwing my e-reader into my purse or tote. My reader is so much easier to hold with a little more bulk. (Leather?, I'm not so sure.) Would absolutely recommend.

This is an excellent protective cover for the Sony Pocket Reader. You end up with a volume similar to a moleskine journal - convenient to carry and use frequently. The Reader slides into the cover from the left and is held securely. All ports are accessible; there is not a need to ever remove the Reader. The front cover is magnetic and snaps shut nicely. The front cover will easily fold completely to the back. The complete unit isn't much bulkier than the bare Reader and has a good feel. The cover is made not of animal leather but rather a padded vinyl. It has a strong smell initially but fades over time. Access to the page buttons is restricted somewhat but one gets used to it. A bit pricy, but most ebook items are.

I really wanted this cover to work because it's such a great design, but the body odor-like smell was keeping me from wanting to use the device. I've had the cover for two months, and the smell is still bad enough that I finally switched to a lovely M-Edge Go! cover. I'm keeping the TrendyDigital cover on a high shelf in hopes that one day I'll be able to use it. Also, it is definitely not made of leather.
