I was looking for a case that would protect every side of my Nook and fasten with a secure closure. This case fit the bill perfectly. As you can see from the picture, it is a leather folio case with several inside pockets for things such as business cards and even a pen. In my opinion, it is much nicer than any of the Nook cases offered by Barnes & Noble, and it is much less expensive. I never have to worry about this case coming open in my backpack or purse and my Nook getting damaged. I highly recommend it.

The case is great because it zips closed and protects all sides of the Nook. Something I noticed after a couple days of use was that the felt inside was coming off on the Nook (little black specks EVERYWHERE) and that some spots on the back of my Nook were black from rubbing on it. This is after only 5 days of use! I'm so disappointed because I love the design of the cover, but it's annoying enough that I'm now shopping for a new cover.

What can one say about a case? This one is relatively inexpensive and relatively well made. I like it because it is not flashy at all like some of the other cases so it might discourage theft. All of the little pockets inside are actually not all that useful to me personally but overall their presence is neutral. Although the side sockets are accessible, the socket for the headphone is at the bottom and not easily accessible since you have to bend down the zipper. Again however, the only way to avoid this would be to expose the side and bottom of the unit like some other cases and it then becomes clear there is a Nook inside...an invitation for theft. Overall, I am happy with this and certainly it is much less expensive than other cases.
