Editorial Reviews

Greta, and daughters Fatima and Barbara, seem to have everything they want. Despite a long, happy marriage, Greta still pines for Federico, her first love. Fatima is engaged to the ideal man but is unaware that he’s having an affair with his assistant. Barbara seems to have a perfect family, but her obsession with having a second child is putting a strain on her marriage and my drive her into the arms of another man. 4.0 out of 5 stars good but a little confusing, September 15, 2005
This review is from: Tres Mujeres (DVD)
very good novela! I love the Spanish novela's but hate that they get cut. I understand that they are quite long but i would much rather pay more for the dvd's and see the whole thing as some of it got confusing as it got pretty jumpy and was obvious some was missing. The novela itself it great and i love that they have the english subtitles.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good novela, bad video, September 6, 2006

This review is from: Tres Mujeres (DVD)
I really liked this novela when it was on tv, but I think video was a bad rendition of it. I understand the original was too long and needed to be cut, but I don't think the editing was done well. So much was taken out that the story line ends up being confusing if one has not seen the original. It is also hard to really get attached to the characters or the storyline this way, so it's almost pointless to watch it at all. I guess it is ok for someone who has seen the original and just wants to own a copy of the video to be reminded of the novela, but for a first-time viwer this is a waste of time! I was also disappointed they didn't include the original soundtrack with Ricardo Arjona "Desnuda". It was a much better song than the obscure piece that was included in the video. I wonder why they changed that (maybe Arjona didn't give them permission?).

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Novela, Not Good DVD, May 17, 2007
This review is from: Tres Mujeres (DVD)
This a great Novela,I also understand that was very long,But to many parts were cut and it made the novela very short. It is still a good novela to have on dvd, it focuses on all the main parts.
