Great Video for grades K-5. My students LOVED this video along with Trevor Romain's "Bullying" and "Cliques" videos. Trevor's videos focus on social behavior, in a very clever way. I cannot say enough about these videos. I highly encourage you to purchase all of Mr. Romain's videos. You and your children will not be disappointed!!! Great videos for the classroom.

My students and I love this video! It manages to address the subject of fear and anxiety while still being light-hearted and funny! I gave this a 4 star review because I think it could have explained more about how to overcome your fears/anxiety instead of just repeating, "stand up/face your fears!"

My 9 year old son totally enjoys all of the Trevor Romain products. We have borrowed his books from our library and DVD's from Netflix. Now we are building our own collection. We were introduced to Trevor Romain while researaching books on stress and anxiety to help my son deal with difficult situations. My only negative comment is... since the dvd's were sold through a vendor and not amazon, I had to pay shipping on each dvd instead of one shipping charge for all three dvd's purchased.

My kids enjoy this video. It has a fun sound track and a fun story line. Helps kids face fearful situations with a little more knowledge at their finger tips.
