As a boy the annual Tri-ang / Hornby catalogue was always much anticipated. I lived in England and Canada during the years covered by this book. This book both recaptures the excitment of a new Tri-ang introduction, while at the same time showing us as collectors how the models became reality. It also clarifies by documented information which models in particular are to be sought after for collection purposes. I would like one of each, please.
Pat Hammond has certainly done an excellant job in researching the subject and anybody with any interest in Tri-ang / Hornby products will read this book from cover to cover; not once, but many times over. |
