An excellent program for incorporating exercise, meditation and nutrition into your life. I found this amazingly useful in setting a program for my daily activities towards total wellness. The book is easy to read, fun and light, yet packs a bunch of information into its pages. A great wellness book.

I've read this book, cover to cover. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this book out. I truly thought the meditation approach along with healthy eating is absolutely benificial to the mind! Especially, getting "in tune" with your body. I highly recommend this book to any one who wants to incorporate a tranquil, healthly, sound and body *plus easy to do exercises" way of life!
