A Good Book that Needs Updating,

This book was published in 1984 and suffers from not being updated. The forms for the trial notebook need to be on a CD or in a downloadable form.
Otherwise, the book is very helpful. The book shows lawyers how their trial notebook should look before they enter the courtroom for trial. Throughout the book their is legal research provided next to the outlines you might use at trial. For example, in the chapter on Opening Statements, you are given an outline for an opening statement and then some comments to guide you on what are proper and improper remarks you can make. |
