About the Author

In 1997 Dan Stromberg learned first-hand the importance of perseverance, a workable plan, and a support group, in addition to other skills that allowed him to complete an Ironman-distance triathlon. These skills not only improved his physical abilities, but also his academic endeavors, and instilled a passion to help others achieve their own landmark fitness goal. According to Dan, "People can do amazing things if they only allow themselves to explore the possibilities and believe in themselves." Dan has since earned a Masters degree in Kinesiology/Health Studies, a Bachelors degree in Wellness Leadership, has worked in several fitness and wellness centers and now, with his wife Susan, is co-owner of and "Team Leader" at Incredible Feats.
