This is a fast pace cd. Great for running!! I wish I knew the bpm before buying; because I was looking for more of a kickbox workout. This one is alittle fast for my older ladies. But like I said; this is a great running cd!!!!

This is nice for an aerobic work out although I didn't get positive feedback from class participants. It gets somewhat boring or monotonous since it's all drum music. I won't play it too often, but the nice thing is that the dics can be divided up between to 30 min. classes.
