Andrew Tosh turns in a solid, although not spectacular, performance (filmed in Brazil), honoring his father, Peter Tosh.
But the show is earnest enough, and it's good to Andrew singing with a voice deep like his father's, but with a slightly more melodic timber.
He enters the show, Peter-Tosh style, on a unicycle singing "Pick Myself up." And his clothing and stature evoke Peter Tosh during his famous show in LA.
One slightly bad thing about the show is that it seems the younger Tosh just played with a backing band made of local musicians, not ones from Jamaica, so the music is subpar. But still, it's not enough to bring the show down.
On a technical note, the DVD does seem to be region-free.
Ultimately, this DVD is worth getting if you're a Peter or Andrew fan, especially since it seems that Andrew doesn't tour that often. He's only had about three albums in 20 years.
