Directions
Shampoo daily, massaging into moistened hair and scalp, leaving on for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing. A second application may be made if desired. An application of Tricomin Solution Follicle Therapy Spray is recommended following shampooing and drying.
Condition and treat your hair and scalp daily by spraying liberally after shampooing. May be applied to damp or dry hair several times throughout the day.

I used these Tricomin products and I really don't see that they did anything for me at all. The shampoo is ok, but so are many other shampoos that cost less. It didn't help with hair loss and didn't slow down hair loss in any way so as far as I am concerned, it didn't work.
