5.0 out of 5 stars If you have twisted musical tastes...
I haven't heard this album since 1977. A friend had a copy, and I've been looking for a copy of it for years. It has to be heard to be believed. The Templeton Twins (Tippy and Terry), backed by Teddy Turner and His Bunsen Burners, perform pop songs of the '60s and '70s in the style of the 1930s singers like Rudy Vallee.

"Light My Fire" is incredible.

3.0 out of 5 stars Trill It Review
I knew the musician who did this and his name is nowhere to be found on the DVD or cover. His name is Stanley D. Hoffman, why isn't he given credit? He conceived the idea, wrote the music and did some of the vocal and arrangement. Also, I distinctly remember that "Winchester Cathedral" was on the original, but it's not on this remastered DVD. Am disappointed that my dear...

Am disappointed that my dear long-ago does not even get a mention -- except for his picture on the cover (and also his dog!).

If you're a warped type, this album is for you. The Templeton Twins, Tippy & Terry, backed by Teddy Turner and His Bunsen Burners, perform '70s songs in '30s style. Imagine hearing Rudy Vallee sing "Light My Fire" and you have the idea. The songs chosen are very funny, including Macarthur Park, Spinning Wheel, Yesterday and more.

If you like strange music, this belongs in your collection.
