I highly recomend this book. What a great story and what great details are found in every page. This author has the tendency to bring the reader into the story from allowing you to feel the wind to letting you enjoy the beauty of the items such as furniture to pieces of clothing just by giving us vivid details. I often wonder how Andrea transports herself to these places and times to be able to write to us about all these people and places so vividly. It is a beautiful story with many surprises and twists. Do not let this one go by. Give it a change. I am looking forward to the last book in the Triology. I wonder what the future holds for this family. I love this Triology and I am sure you will too. This author is wonderful and has many other books as well. You will never go bored...

I have this book and I have read it. Andrea Dean Van Scoyoc is a brillant author. I truely enjoyed reading the book. My children enjoyed it as well. There is no age barrier on this book. The great thing about it is there will be more books to this series. Fast paced and enjoyable characters. Take your children on this journey.
