Format: Hardcover
This was a good insight to the life and times of a great explorer and his faithful cat Trim. Being written over 200 years ago by Mathew Flinders while in captivity in Mauritius the text is a little hard going in some places. Very worthwhile for anyone who likes history and extraordinary cats.

After reading Bryce Courtnay,s trim,I felt I had to read Trim by Mathew Flinders.I was not disappointed.it gave an insight into how Mathew Flinders aswsociated with his beloved cat.A truly lovable cat which kept his spirits up during all his voyages.it was a pity that Trim was lost or kidnapped when Flinders was taken prisoner.he truly lost a loyal friend.
