Great for relatively expensive homes and ideas
The book caters towards relatively expensive homes. Some of the book's excellent ideas can be adopted, requiring the reader's imagination, to less expensive homes.

I enjoy that there are several pictures that give ideas of the different directions you can go into with a trim project. I've purchased several of the Idea Books and I haven't been disappointed yet. Each one is referenced often while I'm working on my condo redo. This is a great series for anyone who is a DIY guru or anyone working with a contractor (I've been doing both).
