Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant used for generations by South African tribesmen to stave off hunger during long hunting expeditions.

Glucosamine is an ingredient that actually prolongs the amount of time glucose (blood sugar) stays within the bloodstream after eating. This delay means that any extra insulin can be used directly by the muscles for energy, instead of being transferred too quickly to the "warehouse," or fat cells.

Green Tea Extract has long been known for its thermogenic -- or heat-generating -- properties that promote fat burning. The polyphenols in green tea also contain epigallocatechin gallate, which has been known to significantly reduce food intake and, subsequently, body weight in healthy adults. It is rich in potent bioflavonoids that, together with the polyphenols, provide the antioxidants that are vital to fighting free radicals and premature aging.

Cocoa Extract contains 3,7-dimethylxanthine, also known as theobromine, and is found naturally in cocoa beans. Theobromine belongs to a class of compounds known as xanthines. The predominate use of theobromine is as a diuretic.

Citrus Naringin is a powerful, naturally occurring citrus extract that is known to curb appetite while serving as a source of soluble fiber. Like green tea extract, it is an antioxidant that prevents free radical damage and has also been shown to inhibit enzymes -- such as cytochrome P450 -- that contribute to weight gain when found in excessive amounts in the body.

Chromium Chelavite is an important nutrient that aids in controlling glucose (blood sugar) and carbohydrate cravings. It also helps the body's insulin metabolize fat, convert protein to muscle, and turn sugar into energy -- all of these actions support weight loss and the development of lean body mass. A lack of chromium in the diet can result in weight gain, sluggishness, and can even trigger cravings for sugar and other carbohydrates.

Vanadium is a naturally occurring appetite suppressant that can also induce physiological effects similar to that of insulin within the body. It assists the metabolism in converting carbohydrates into energy while also affecting the sense of taste and appetite, resulting in less food intake and greater weight loss.

Glucomannan, derived from the root of the Amorphophallus Konjac plant, is a dietary fiber that assists in weight loss by promoting a sense of fullness, even when taken in small amounts. Glucomannan reduces the appetite significantly and helps prevent overeating and diminishes cravings.

Directions
TrimSpa X32 works best when taking four tablets per day: two in the morning, one midday, and one in the evening (suggested minimum serving three per day/maximum serving of six per day). Six-to-10 days of continuous use is necessary for optimal results. Every individual's metabolism is different and may respond differently to the variety and amount of each ingredient in the formula. For this reason, some customers may need to take two tablets, three times each day, while other customers may only require one tablet, three times a day. Regardless of your metabolism's response to TrimSpa 32X, do not exceed the maximum recommended serving size of six tablets per day.

Warning: Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause the pill to swell and block your throat or esophagus, thereby causing choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. First what I do like about it:

It helps suppress my appetite, and when I do eat I feel full faster. I take 3 a day, not the proposed 5 a day. I have been taking it for about a month and a half now, and have legitimatly lost 5 pounds (this isn't just fluctuation, I accounted for that). I didn't increase or decrease my work out activities. I swim 3 nights a week for half an hour. I did that before taking the pills, and didn't swim any extra days after taking the pills.

And what I don't like so much:

The bottle says to take 2 in the morning, 1 an lunch, and 2 at dinner. That seems so excsessive, and the pills are huge and kind of hard to swallow. At this rate the bottle only lasts 18 days (the 90-count bottle). Also after taking it for a month and a half straight, 3 a day, no skipping... I went out of town for a weekend and forgot the pills. Well let me tell you, when I got hungry I felt like I hadn't eaten in DAYS, I was starving. The hunger came back like times 10. So beware of that!

All around I would, and will buy it again. Maybe a month and a half is too soon to judge, we'll see.

Trimspa works great if you take it consistantly. I have to take about 4 to 6 tablets every day. I start with a few more per day initially and then after a few days I can cut it back a couple. If I take it as directed, I discover that after about 2 days I cannot eat nearly as much food without feeling pretty darn full. It isn't that I don't ever get hungry its just that when I do sit down to eat, the amount I feel full after eating is cut about in half. Then I don't feel the need to eat until the next meal. It helps kill snacking and overeating for me, which makes it great in conjunction with any type of modified eating program that you are trying to stick to. It does not make me feel jittery or weird. The biggest issue is just remember to take the pills 3 times a day and it does tend to work a little better if you can take it about an hour before each meal. I have discovered that I cannot lose more than about 12 pounds through just dietary changes so I have starting adding exercise to my program and the trimspa is helping tremendously, because usually when I start working out my appetite goes right up. I believe these are a great assist to any weight loss program you are trying to stick with.

I reached my target-goal in just over three months following the TrimSpa Plan.

TrimSpa is the only diet plan that has ever worked for me. I took 1 pill in the morning, another in the afternoon and a couple in the evening. I usually drank water throughout the day. For dinner I would eat a small lean cuisine dinner or some skinless chicken or a piece of poached salmon.

Keep in mind that exercise is the key ingredient if you want to lose weight quickly; because you want to be sure your energy out-take (exercising) is much greater than your energy intake (eating.) I did not fully grasp the importance of this concept until I started the TrimSpa Plan. On average, I exercised between one hour and two hours daily. Some days I exercised on my treadmill for up to three hours.

TrimSpa worked for me because it cut out my appetite. Yes, I still thought about food. But the hunger-pangs and urges were no longer there.

There were many days that I had zero appetite. I can't tell you how much this helped because I wanted to lose the excess weight as quickly as possible! Unfortunately, on some of these days I also felt nauseous (mostly only during the mornings) after I took my TrimSpa. But after a few weeks I got used to this.

After I started the TrimSpa Program I started to feel much better, overall. I no longer had heartburn, I slept much better, I no longer got headaches and I no longer got cramps in my legs or felt sore after I worked out. I also had a lot more energy once I started exercising and taking TrimSpa. And my skin, body and complexion absolutely glowed; it was never more clear or glistening in my entire life.

I recommend the TrimSpa Program to anyone who wants to lose as much weight as quickly and as healthy as possible. Once I started dieting and following the TrimSpa Plan I felt great!
