This book was a lot of fun. As the child of Trinidadians who immigrated to the US, I had been exposed to a lot of the idioms and slang explained in this book. I have used them all my life without understanding where they came from. This book gave me a better understanding of not only the language, but of my own culture. I highly recommend the book to both Trini's and visitors alike.
