Just a quick look at the pods on this Trinidad Scorpion Pod tells you that this is going to be HOT. In fact we would say it's hotter than the Ghost Pepper, Bhut Jolokia. The plants themselves are quite tall and produce a good number of pods which mature from green - orange - red when ripe. Their characteristics shape sees a two or three inch pendant which tapers to a sharp point, resembling a tail - hence the name, Trinidad Scorpion. The pods mature red. We have classed the pods as "OUTRAGEOUSLY HOT" on the Scoville heat scale. In fact is of the scale.

About 7 of the 10 grew, that's enough for me. Great plants, tasty peppers!Published 3 days ago by LARRY SINGLETON
Looking forward to growing these next year, the packets of seeds are sealed and stay ready for use.Published 10 days ago by Carlton Rost
Good success with starting plants from these. We have planted various hot peppers over the years and these are by far the most potent! Use with caution!Published 11 days ago by C. Jones
Ordered these, planted them in April grew it out and it is NOT a Trinidad Scorpion...pretty sure it's a Habanero.Published 12 days ago by Tracy
They look like weeds and made absolutely zero peppers. Do not look like any other pepper. Nice plants with tiny seed all over them that resemble a briar but with no thorns.Published 1 month ago by Clarence D. Galloway
