I used to live in Trinidad and Tobago, and I can tell you ... this is the absolute best travel book on Trinidad. The folks at Insight Guides really do their homework on whatever country they're covering, and this is no exception. The pictures are amazing. Each section ... covering history, music, food, etc ... is well-researched and quite entertaining. They tell it like it is, good or bad.
I often read this book when I'm "homesick" for my expat life in Trinidad, and I feel as though I've taken a small vacation there. |
