5.0 out of 5 stars The Best Yet, January 8, 2008
This review is from: Trinity Blood, Volume 4 (v. 4) (Comic)
The fourth installment in the Trinity Blood saga is even better than its predecessors. Kiyo Kyujyo is a genius when it comes time to rely the characters emotions through his drawings, from Esther's confusion and pain at not being able to know who her constant protector, Father Nightroad is, to Father Nightroad's own worries about the Crusnik nanomachines taking over his injured body, to Radu's horror when finally, Father Nightroad unleashes his true powers. This manga continues where the third left off and the fun never stops, as there are fights and car chases to thrill the reader as Esther and Abel try to protect Ion from both the Inquisition and Radu.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good illustrations, good story, January 27, 2011

This review is from: Trinity Blood, Volume 4 (v. 4) (Comic)
This volume is centered around "The Ibelis" story arc of the Trinity Blood anime. I don't read manga very often, and I am still in the process of reading the Trinity Blood novels, so I don't know how well this correlates with the actual story, but this is a very interesting book. The illustrations are very detailed and the story is pretty easy to follow. Although during the action scenes with all the blurs it is kind of hard to tell what's happening, but it adds to the fast-paced flow of the intense parts of the story.

Both the drawn and written expressions of Abel, Ion, Radu, Petros, and Esther really bring out the personality and emotions of each character. If you are a fan of Trinity Blood, I recommend this book (and all the other mangas as well).
