I have used these products before and gotten rid of my candida. After about 2 years without taking the products my candida came back. I am on my second order of the Threelac, Oxygen elements and active enzymes and I feel much better. I noticed that after starting the products I felt worse for a while. This is not uncommon. It takes some months, at times, for the candida to flush out. I love the Oxygen Elements as it has given me more energy which I need as I have fibromyalgia. The enzymes have definitely done their job in helping me digest. All in all, before you purchase any product please do your homework and find out how to use them and what effect you will receive. Be patient, it does work. Do the spit test first to make sure you have candida. After a few months do the spit test again to see if it is gone. The one thing different I will do this time is go on a maintenence dose of one Threelac per day every day. These products are a godsend.

AFTER TAKING THE THREELAC, OXYGEN ELEMENT AND ACTIVE ENZYMES PACK I NOTICED A DIFFERENCE IN 1 WEEK. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CLOSE MY FINGERS TO MAKE A FIST IN 2 YEARS. VERY SOON AFTER STARTING TO TAKE THE PRODUCTS MY FINGERS STARTED TO LIMBER UP. I CAN NOW CLOSE MY FINGERS COMPLETELY. I HAVE NEROPATHY IN MY FEET AND HANDS. I HAVE NOTICED THAT WHEN I GET UP IN THE MORNINGS I DON'T HAVE TO GRAB THE WALL FOR BALANCE ANY LONGER. IT IS JUST AMAZING WHAT THIS PRODUCT HAS DONE IS SUCH A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME

I've had recurrent vaginal yeast infections since January this year when life got a bit more stressful with v early wakings and schoolwork with my son. I would get only brief relief with pessaries from both over the counter at pharmacies as well as from the doctor's, before it flared up again 1 week or so later. Sometimes it even flared up within days again! I think I've had it recurring maybe 6-7 times this year alone!

Things took a turn when I started on Olive Leaf capsules but suffered terrible die-off effects. Then I discovered Threelac and ordered this combination with the enzymes and oxygen. Living in Singapore, it arrived REALLY quickly (within a week) from New Life! I'm now into my 7th week of Threelac (2nd box) and the nasty yeast has not recurred! Hooray and praise God for Threelac! (note: I've heard of die-off effects too with Threelac but prob cos I'd already gone thru mine with olive leaf that's why I didn't suffer it with Threelac)

I've still maintained a moderate candida diet (v low sugar and carbo - just taking wholemeal breads, wholegrain rice, natural stuff, limit intake on processed foods and refined grains and of course sugared products) but I've managed to get away with that occassional slice of cake and bun. (honestly, the anti-candida diet is gruelling and nearly impossible to maintain!!!!) But again, I only introduced all that when my symptoms were were much better. I was nearly off all carbo and sugars for about 2 horrid weeks then slowly introduced them bit by bit.

I do also take Chlorella (a totally amazing amazing natural algae product, also helps kill candida and also increases lactobacilli growth in the gut by 4 times-something absolutely essential to combat candida growth which takes place in the gut- and you get a whole array of other wonderful benefits with this natural vitamin) and aloe vera juice to help with the bowels (aloe vera is also another amazing product not only for candida but general health, and helps heal the gut which has been damaged by the yeast)

As for Threelac dosage, I started with one pack a day for couple of days then did 2 packs daily for a week and till now after that I'm on 3 packs a day. I'll be cutting down to 2 packs soon since my symptoms have been quite steadily clear for awhile. I take the enzymes 3 times daily and drop the oxygen drops into the water and drink throughout the day. (3 times top-up a day) The enzymes help digest the food which candida interferes in the body's absorption, and also helps digest some of the candida cell wall which is good :). The oxygen helps maintain a highly aerobic environment within the body which anaerobic yeast hates.
