Customer Reviews

ONLY 9 MONTHS OF USE spraying my diapers and the button to spray is broken.

The spray head leaked a little after use most of the times (residual water in the spray head simply falls, not a continuous leak).

I will be getting Swaddlebees to replace it and then return it for a different brand!

This product should not be for sale for the typical consumer (you're not a plumber). If you follow the installation instructions on the package as I did, your bathroom will look like a FEMA disaster area after you turn on the water. However, with baby on the way next week, I was desperate to make this work. If you opt to buy this beta-product, I suggest you follow these instructions:

1. Under no circumstances should you follow the instructions on the box unless you want to turn your bathroom, hallway and the rest of your house into a slip-n-slide. Go directly to the manufacturer's website [....] and watch their "installation" video (it's completely different than the instructions you'll get).

2. Unpack package. Take the "T-connector" to the nearest hardware store and buy a rubber gasket that fits in the female coupler ( it's about 1/2" diameter (13mm)).

3. Follow instructional video and be sure to use plumber's tape, 3/4" (19mm) diameter additional rubber gaskets between t-connector:metal hose, metal hose:water pressure control valve, water pressure control valve: spray handle

4. When tightening the T-connector to the water valve, be sure to jiggle the T-connector so the female coupler seats properly

However, once everything is water tight (after the fifth attempt), the sprayer appears to be built to last. An wow, what power. Good luck!

Update April 2013: We were at the grandparents' house without the diaper sprayer. What a nightmare! If your use cloth diapers and don't have this product, buy it now!

###Update June 2013: The trigger, which releases the water, broke in the nozzle housing. It is unusable. See picture posted near product description.

Installed this but without washers (they're in a little bag hiding in the box.)

Leaking everywhere, even with teflon tape. Used washers and it was great. We're still on first day - will update if it starts to leak.

NOWHERE on the directions does it say anything about the washers... So look for them and use them, and it'll be worth your while.

We read the reviews and since we have 2 bathrooms, we decided to try two different sprayers... This one, and the Aquaus Handheld Bidet sprayer.

The Aquaus Handheld Bidet won hands down... Primarily because it shined where the FLO sprayer failed...

Here are the reasons the FLO sprayer lost:
Installation: The tiny plastic bag now contains 3 gaskets which are not mentioned in the instructions.. you are left to figure it out..

Design: The instructions direct the water valve to be installed at the handle, which is a horrible idea because when installed this way, 2.5 feet of coil hose is always under pressure.. I don't like the odds of keeping the bathroom dry here... On the up side, I was able to install the supply valve at the "T", but it was quite a headache.

Usage: After spraying, the head drips a bit, so make sure to hold it over the toilet and give it a good shake...

The Aquaus Handheld Bidet won because the instructions were clear, and the design was good; the supply valve is close to the "T" and it doesn't leak a bit during or after operation.

At the end of the day, we decided to keep both sprayers to see which one fails first. I will reply to this post when we find out, and if the Aquaus Handheld Bidet fails first, I will upgrade the rating on this FLO sprayer to 3 stars!

I initially bought this for my cloth diapers to rinse off the poop (sorry too much info.).
It works AMAAAAAZING!! I agree with the other reviews, the instructions are HORRIBLE!! The two black rings, well my 8 year old helped me figure it out where to place them. Where the leaks were. Basically the thick O-ring goes where the top sprayer meets the hose, the thinner O-ring goes on the bottom end of the hose that attaches to the t-connector. That's the mystery! I don't know WHY they would not include that in the instructions is beyond me. NO LEAKS!!! We are hanging the sprayer on the ledge of the toilet bowl top instead of the drywall option. I am purchasing a second one for the boys bathroom downstairs. We love clean bums!!
UPDATE:
The happiness lasted a month or two. The handle snapped off and of-course that's that!
UPDATE:
Repurchased it and the handle is intact, but the hoses are leaking. Woke up to a FLOODED bathroom AND downstairs hallway!!
RETURNED! NEVER AGAIN!
I have a different one now. Will keep you posted.

All the fittings and hoses are very high quality and quite sturdy. As another reviewer mentioned, you do have to use the washers although the directions do not mention them. The handle itself is made out of plastic and seems a bit lightweight, but I haven't had any issues yet. I love the fact that there is a pressure control valve right on the handle.

It came with everything you need to hook it up besides the wrenches. It even came with a new flexible hose for the toilet and thread tape. I really appreciate their attention to detail. I hate having to run to the store in the middle of a project!

I had ordered Cool-Craft Toilet Bidet Handle with ** BONUS ** Rockin' Green Laundry Detergent Sample a couple weeks prior, but it broke the second time I used it. Returned it and purchased this one. I like this one a lot better because of the pressure valve on the handle.
