These chairs are cushiony and very comfortable. My mom has arthritis in her hips and has trouble sitting, but in these chairs she's much more comfortable because of the thick cushion and she can get up much easier. Everyone that sits in these chairs wants to know where I purchased them; naturally I'm proud to tell them Amazon.Com.

The seller shipped this item on time; however it was a disappointment from the momment I sat in the chairs. The chairs look okay--albeit a little short--but the problem is the cheesy foam cushion. Although the manufacturer claims two inches of padding, it might as well be almost no padding; since your backside will feel the steel.
Unlike higher-grade chairs with densely packed padding, this cushion is poorly made and as a result your butt will feel the steel right underneath the padding in no time at all.
I ended up purchasing the Lifetime folding chairs, which are wider, taller and a heck of a lot more comfortable--not to mention less costly. I would not recommend putting anyone you like on these chairs, if you want to keep them as a friend!
