Hearing this triple Mantra give me lot of good energy. When I hear this cd before meditation during pranayama exercice, It turn my mind into spititual thought and allow me to enter very easily in a deep meditation.

The triple mantra is a mantra that is used for protection against negative energy in the universe. I have always said the triple mantra before leaving the house especially while driving in LA traffic. I have this CD and play it in my car most of the time (the other times I listen to Ra Ma Da Sa CD). The other morning on my way to work I was stuck behind a minor accident to the freeway when this 18 wheeler almost hit me from behind he did swerve but hit the side of my car and broke the mirrow, it was amazing that there was no other damage but a broken glass. This mantra works--the above is just an example of how it uses the power of positive energy that is available to us all.

I have been doing the triple mantra as a meditation daily, and the first week was nice, but uneventful. Into the second week, I had a huge breakthrough. I had a huge heart-opening experience, and did a major grief cleanse. I felt light as a feather afterwards, as if I had let go of years of "stuff."

Buy this CD and dedicate yourself to meditating to it for 40 days. Eyes closed, spine straight, hands in Buddhi Mudra (right hand resting in left palm, with thumb tips touching). Chant along with the CD. Start with 11 minutes, and you can work to 31. You will not be the same person after 40 days!

I have known Gurunam for almost 10 years. He is a great guy. Good energy. Make this CD part of your collection.
