First of all, I'm not one who writes reviews... but I felt like there was probably other moms out there dealing with what I just went thru that could use this advise... so here you go. Like everyone else who's written a review - I tried EVERYTHING on my baby's diaper rash... I was so upset, so like you I did a search to see if there was anything else out there & found the Triple Paste. Based on the glowing reviews I bought it. So it's expensive - BUT IT WORKED-sorta... It takes a bumpy rash away (the kind that look more like hives) in a day... but my baby has had a BAD diaper rash since she was 5 days old (is 5 1/2 weeks now) and it turned into something that looked more like a burn with the skin rubbed raw on both sides of her bum right next to her hole & would bleed a little when you touched it... so sad! (we thought it was the acid in the poop burning her skin)... so the paste helped a little but not very fast (went thru an entire tub in about 1 1/2 weeks because you're supposed to put it on THICK & the rash just went down a little). I had been doing all of the home remedies people suggested: every few diaper changes dipping her bum in warm water in the sink (a couple of inches deep) with a teaspoon of baking soda (neutralizes the acid in the poop), rinsing out the wipes so they don't have the alcohol in them anymore (it's too harsh on sensitive skin), patting her bum with a wet cotton ball instead of whipping, and FINALLY the thing that worked in conjunction with the paste was a blend of essential oils rubbed on her rash each diaper change and then putting the paste on top to act as a barrier, after 1 day of doing that the rash is half as big! I'm NOT an essential oil rep, I don't have a loyalty to any one brand, but I was desperate.Read more ›

We had been using butt paste since our baby was born in October but seemed to never fully resolve the diaper rash. One day she had it looking pretty bad and one night of using triple paste and it was 90% cleared up, by the second day it was gone. We use butt paste still for every day use but when/if it gets bad we use triple paste and it clears it right up, usually in only one night. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a diaper rash solution.

As a mother of three boys (3 and under) you can imagine the diaper rashes I have seen . This cream will literally clear it up within one application. I will never use another cream. I highly recommend this product.

I've used a lot of diaper rash ointments with all my kids (and I have had 8) but this by far my favorite. My twins have had a problem with rashes no matter how quickly I change them and this has been much more effective than Desitin. I use it when I spot any redness and I haven't had it develop into a full out rash since I started using it! Almost as good as the prescription cream!

When nothing else helped my little man's bottom, Triple Paste did. It is a miracle product and it doesn't smell like medicine like other high strength diaper rash products. This was recommended by his pediatrician and I recommend it to everyone I can.

This fixed a nasty diaper rash on our newborn and we have sworn by it ever since.
Try this product! We were at our wits end (typical new parents) with trying all types of different diaper cream, this FIXED the issue and we haven't looked back. 2 yrs on and we still use it on occasion if our son has any redness.

My son had a diaper rash that wouldn't go away. I tried EVERYTHING… Butt paste, Desitine, A+D, etc, then I asked my sister who has 2 kids and she told me about this. It's more expensive than any other diaper rash treatment I've seen, but we haven't seen a rash that this wouldn't knock out RIGHT AWAY. Get it, you'll be glad you did.
