The Best Baseball Game I've Ever Played!,

This game is so cool! You can trade crummy players for All Stars! Not only are the trades great, but the controls are easy to use and the game is very fun. I have played seven straight games and have even pitched a no-hitter using Doug Drabek! If you are going to get a baseball game, this is the one to get!

Triple play 2000 is a really good game. The graphics and camera angles are really cool. Especially when you hit a homerun over 400ft. The dives and throws you can make are so realistic. Plus I like how you can make your own players. You can make them only 5ft tall or 7ft tall. 400lbs or 150 lbs. If you want a really cool baseball game you should get this game.

Triple Play 2000 has hands down the best pitching simulation. The aftertouch is fantastic, and unlike a lot of games, there is no box or square in the strike zone that tells you if the pitch will be a ball or strike before it is thrown. A lot of times you can mix up pitches, spot the fastball, get the computer to foul of a change-up for strike two, and even catch it looking. There is a variety of pitches for each pitcher, and when the pitchers tire, they are less acurate. The batting is reasonably choppy, even with the expansion pack, but that shouldn't be enough to stop you from purchasing the game. The fielding, however, is lousy. Sometimes the computer won't let you control the player closest to the ball, so routine grounders occasionally get through the infield, and you may give up runs on otherwise routine outs. Overall, though, no baseball games pitching compares to this, so if you are a true baseball fan, you may want to rent this game and see. If you prefer quick, arcade-style action, look elsewhere.

Not bad, but All-Star baseball is better,

Not a bad game, but batting is too easy and too uninvolved. you just press A when the ball is coming toward you, and you automatically make contact if you timed it right. Just not enough fun. Recommend the All-Star baseball titles, they are much better!

This game is abosolutely terrible. Other than the stadium graphics there is not one redeeming quality about it. Avoid at all costs.

I own this game, And it is better than mike piazza or anything! The create a player option is cool, but it takes alot of pages to save! The pitches are great, like a screwball or splitter. and unlike mike piazza, you can't tell if a pitch is a strike or a ball. I say, Buy this game!

This game is awesome! I don't play baseball or even watch baseball I just totally despise baseball but I like this game! There are some choppy parts of the game like the fielding but the pitching makes up for it. I definitly recomend this game!

Triple Play 2000 for N 64 is farly overrated!,

I played Triple Play 2000 with my friend and I felt so sympathetic for my fiend and his new game that I took the game out of the N 64 console. I put MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL FEATURING KEN GRIFFEY, JR. immediately into the console, which is way way too underrated. The only thing that Triple Play 2000 has got going for it is it's above average (3-4 stars) graphics. And, trust me that is the only thing it has going for it. Every other aspect of the game I give 1 star, but if I could I would give those aspects of the Triple Play 2000 0 STARS.
